Therefore, Dr. Miller has compiled his list of recommended natural supplements that will start the process of boosting your immune system as an “inner shield” to help combat intruders looking to make your body their home.

Immune Shield — Starter Kit

Vitamin C

Vitamin C contributes to immune defense by supporting cell functions of both the innate and adaptive immune system. In some studies Vitamin C deficiency resulted in higher susceptibility to infections. (1) Nutrients. 2017 Nov; 9(11): 1211. doi: 10.3390/nu9111211

Prevention: 2 grams : 1 gram in both the morning and night
Feeling Sick: work up to 6 grams daily (2 g taken 3 times/ day)

Biocidin Spray

Prevention: 1 spray on back of throat morning and night
Feeling Sick: 2 sprays on back of throat three times per day

Vitamin D

Vitamin D can modulate the innate and adaptive immune responses. Deficiency in vitamin D is associated with increased autoimmunity as well as an increased susceptibility to infection (4). In one study those will low vitamin D had more severe reactions to Covid-19. (5)

Prevention: use 5,000 iu/ day ; Test your vitamin D (goal is 60-80)
Feeling Sick: take an additional 5,000 iu/day until symtpoms improve
